๐ŸŒฟ PART-01

๐Ÿ“ MASTER'S & BACHELOR

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช In my post "WAY TO GERMANY" I briefly discussed all the steps of traveling to Germany. Today, I will discuss in detail how to plan a trip to Germany step by step and the documents needed to apply for the Summer Semester in a Bachelor/Master's program.

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช Step A:

A-01 : In the first step, prepare the passport matching your parent's name with all the academic documents.

A-02 : After receiving the passport, visit the embassy's website and make the appointment, keeping in mind the waiting period of 23 months.

A-03 : Before taking appointment notes: If you are a bachelor applicant when exactly 25% is complete from a Bangladeshi H+ recognized university.

A-04 : The next step is to prepare for ILTS. Suppose you apply next summer semester. If you want to apply in the summer, try to take the IELTS before November. Bachelors 25%, the better your results in Bachelors and IELTS, the more options you have.

A-05 : For application in Germany please keep the following two deadlines in mind:

Winter application runs: March-July 15

Summer application runs : September-January 15.

And try to apply a semester or two before that by guessing when the doc mail might arrive.

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช Step B:

The documents that need to be arranged to apply in Germany are outlined in detail. Start collecting these slowly:

B-1 : SSC & HSC Certificate + Transcript

B-2 : 25% complete grade sheet (1 year) in case of Bachelor applicant and Bachelor's certificate + transcript in case of Master's applicant (In this case even a provisional certificate will be required, but if possible it is better to collect the original certificate.)

B-3 : ILTS Certificate. Try to have ILTS results before 15th November in case of summer application.

B-4 : MOI (Medium of Instruction) i.e. if you have completed your graduation completely in English version then take the MOI certificate from the university.

B-5 : Passport scan copy

B-6  : Motivational letter.  At least do a lot of checking and create an ideal motivational letter of your own. Later change according to the university and subject keeping the original format.  This will make the work easier.

B-7 : For those who do not mention the University Grading System and Minimum Degree Passing Grade in their Bachelor's Transcript, collect the Minimum Passing Grade Certificate from the University in advance.

B-8 : Euro Pass CV. Most universities require it. You can create your Europa's CV by going to the link below.

https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv

B-9 : Job Experience and Internship Certificate. These will put you ahead in university competition.

B-10 : Extra curriculum activity or volunteer work certificate can be shown as other documents in some universities.

B-11 : In the case of Masters applicants, collect at least two recommendation letters from the University Professor/Lecturer or Department Head.

B-12 : For Master's applicants, if the internship report, thesis report, or project work report has been previously done, then collect the soft copy. Some universities have extra points for the submission of these reports.

If you get the above-mentioned documents, scan them and keep them. This will make your tasks easier while applying. These documents are in your hand means you are ready to apply to the university this time.
